The Apple Design Awards were held for the first time last year. During yesterday’s WWDC22, Apple announced the winners of the Apple Design Awards 2022 for their contributions to the App Store. Only 12 finalists won the title of the best application/game design out of 36.
One game and app were recognized under six different categories. The categories were inclusiveness, delight and fun, interaction, social impact, visuals and graphics, and innovation. As a result, one game developer and one app developer emerged victorious in each category.
