Earlier today, Doogee, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer revealed details of its upcoming rugged 5G smartphone, the Doogee V20, which will be officially launching and available for purchase in January 2022.

After the success of their V10 in August 2021, Doogee has announced the V20, which will prioritize and continue the successful features from the V10, one of the best features is the large battery it contains, which charges quickly and takes good photos. It also lets you know about excessive heat in your phone.

The Doogee V20 is the first rugged smartphone with a 6.43-inch Samsung AMOLED screen and double its standard resolution. The display comes with a 409ppi density, an aspect ratio of 20:9, dynamic contrast ratio of 80000:1 that is capable of showing 16.7 million different colors. The camera is in the top center, with a rectangular hole cut out of the corner.

This rugged phone is enhanced with a secondary display adjacent to the rear camera. This display allows you to view your pictures as you take them or refer back to previous photos as needed. The 1.05-inch display provides you with functionality-based features like seeing the time, notifications, incoming calls, and the option to control your music.
The body of the Doogee V20 is very tough as it has used Aerospace grade carbon fiber, which also makes the smartphone lightweight and the toughest rugged smartphone available in the market. It also comes with IP68 and IP69K waterproof certificates, MIL-STD-810G droop proof certificate, and the MODE high and low-temperature resistant certificate.
Camera Features
The V20 also appears to have a triple rear camera setup and an LED flash, but no official specs of these cameras have been unveiled as of yet, so stay tuned as we will be covering the launch event taking place in January 2022.
