As part of its diversification plans, Nubia’s sub-brand Red Magic announced earlier this year that it resolved to cater to a broader audience of gamers and e-sports enthusiasts.
In addition to e-sports monitors, e-sports routers, gaming keyboards and mice, and XR goggles, the brand teased an e-sports monitor. Red Magic will launch a gaming keyboard, a gaming mouse, and a gaming monitor in China on July 11. We have a lot to learn, so let’s look at what we know so far.
Red Magic Gaming Mouse
The gaming mouse design has been revealed in the official teaser. With sharp curves on the sides and a traditional symmetrical design, this mouse allows for a firmer grip. LED lights power palm rest, scroll wheel, and mouse buttons.
Pixart’s latest PAW3395 optical sensor will be used in the mouse, according to the brand’s teaser. This sensor stands out from others the brand offers due to its MotionSync feature. Sensor readings are synchronized with polling events by MonitorSync, resulting in more consistent cursor movements.
With a lifespan of 80 million clicks and a travel distance of just 0.3mm, the Kaihua GM 8.0 Black Mamba switches will provide a quick rebound. The device also supports wired, 2.4G wireless, and Bluetooth connectivity, as well as programmable side switches.
Red Magic Gaming Monitor
Some of the key details of the monitor have been revealed by the brand. A 27-inch 4K 160Hz Mini LED gaming monitor is the first of its kind in the world, according to Red Magic. In addition to that, the teaser image shows a moderate chin and three sides without bezels.
Red Magic Gaming Mechanical Keyboard
Last but not least, the mechanical keyboard from Red Magic features a small LED display on top. TTC will provide gaming-grade switches.
