The global launch of Xiaomi 12 Lite has been announced. This is the successor to last year’s Xiaomi 11 Lite. There is a great deal of value in this series of lightweight designs. This philosophy is carried over to the Xiaomi 12 Lite as well. The Pakistani market could benefit greatly from this launch. A breath of fresh air in the deserted Pakistani market would be welcome as well.
Xiaomi 12 Lite Specifications
Similar to the Xiaomi 12 Series, the device has a similar design. In addition to the camera module, the front design is similar as well. The display and edges of the device, however, are flat. In addition, the device weighs only 173g and measures 7.3mm thick. Additionally, there are minimal bezels all around the device. A fingerprint scanner is also incorporated into the display of the device. Furthermore, there are three color options available – black, pink, and green.
Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G chipset powers the device. It also features an OLED panel with a display of 6.55 inches FHD+. With a refresh rate of 120Hz and a sampling rate of 360Hz, the display can respond to touch input at 120Hz. The device is also protected by Gorilla Glass 5 and HDR 10+ certified. It also features an internal storage space of 256GB UFS 2.2 and up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM.
A 4300mAh battery powers the Xiaomi 12 Lite, which supports wired charging at 67W. In addition to the device, a 67W charging brick is also included. Besides dual stereo speakers, the phone has Hi-Res audio as well. There are also a lot of numbers on the camera system. Two 8MP ultra-wide sensors and a 2MP macro sensor are paired with a 108MP main sensor. In addition, the front-facing camera is a 32MP camera with a punch-hole in the middle. A linear motor on the X-axis of the device enhances the haptic experience. Starting at $399, the base model is the most affordable.
The package is a great value at $399. Xiaomi has also incorporated a fingerprint scanner into the display of the value champ. Furthermore, the main lens has a resolution of 108MP, which is promising. This device has an appealing form factor and looks just as high-end as the expensive Xiaomi 12 series. Lastly, a 120Hz OLED display and 67W charging round out the package. The Pakistani market could benefit from this thirst-quencher since it has all the ingredients necessary. This midrange champ is also expected to be launched in Pakistan by Xiaomi Pakistan.
