Google Pixel 6a Renders Showcase a Pixel 6-Like Design

Recently, Google has released the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro smartphones in the market. The phones have a distinctive design and come equipped with a Tensor chip. Now that the Google Pixel 6a is out for a month, media coverage on its sibling has started to rise. 91Mobiles has shared images of the upcoming Pixel 6A phone that is cheaper than the original models. The company has also revealed its key specifications.

The upcoming Google Pixel 6a is inspired by the much-loved Google Pixel 6, with both phones featuring many design similarities. The “a” series has never looked better. A long time in the making, this is a true refresh for these aging handsets. The Google Pixel 6a will have a punch-hole display and boxy form factor. It is will come with a 6.2-inch OLED display.

The Google Pixel 6 will have the same setup for the camera as previous models. From the images we’ve seen, there will be more than one camera. This will be a major upgrade over the single-camera system on the previously a series device, Pixel 5A. The camera setup also has a LED flash.

The Google Pixel 6a features a power button and volume rocker on the right-side. It looks like the left side is free of any buttons. The phone has a USB-C connector and two speaker grilles on the bottom. This phone has a SIM card slot on the left side.

On top of that, it’s likely that the upcoming Pixel 6a will come with a mid-range processor. The new Android release of 12 is expected to work out-of-the-box and provide 3 years of software updates.
