Another leak also reveals that the Snapdragon is not using anymore its typical xxx moniker for the flagship devices lined up for release. The new Snapdragon chipset will favor “Snapdragon 8 Gen1”. MediaTek has already taken the step to pull the similar, renaming its Dimensity 2000 chip to Dimensity 9000.

Chinese smartphones especially from BBK Electronics (Oppo, Realme, OnePlus, etc.) are already started providing 65W fast charging support, even in their mid-range segment.
