Nubia Launching 3 Flagship Smartphones: Nubia, which is typically known for its gaming phones, is coming back with 3 new flagship devices. Nubia announced the launching of its 3 flagship devices in China with the brand new Snapdragon 8 gen 1 SoC. The first smartphone that uses this processor will come from either Motorola or Xiaomi. However, there are many new players in the global industry. It seems that Nubia and Motorola are not going to fall behind by any means.
Nubia Launching 3 Flagship Smartphones
Recent leaks and reports point towards Nubia preparing for three new flagships. These smartphones are available in different model numbers, NX679J, NX701J, and NX709J according to the leaks. Further, the NX67J will be named Nubia Red Magic 7. The NX701J is the Nubia Z40, and NX709J is the Red Magic 7 Pro, another flagship series.
Another entry that was leaked in the document is a phone with the model number NX907J. It’s named Nubia M2 Play. There is no specific information about this phone but we assume it could be a budget gaming device made by Nubia.
Nubia Red Magic 7 Pro Expected Specifications
The Red Magic 7 Pro is expected to feature a 5500mAh battery, rear quad-camera setup, the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, having at least 18GB RAM and so many features never revealed before. According to the other rumor, the device will have a 1TB storage option, but I am unable to confirm it yet until more specs are released.
Nubia Red Magic 7 Expected Specifications
The Red Magic 7 will also feature a new chipset accompanied by a slightly upgraded camera module. The battery here won’t be seeing a massive increase in capacity, but instead some small upgrades overall. The storage options are at 512GB instead of the current 256GB. Ram will be increased from 12GB to 16GB.
UI and Software
The UI and software of the ZTE Nubia Red Magic 7 series will be based on Android 12 and come with a number of performance-enhancing features. This shows that both Qualcomm and ZTE Nubia have a strong relationship, even though Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 will not have its debut on this particular device.
Expected Launch Date
